How long does delivery take?

Order fulfillment (processing): 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping time:

  • US Domestic – Regular: 2–4 business days (via USPS)
  • US Domestic – Express: 1–2 business days (via USPS Priority)

Didn’t get a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are always sent in your confirmation email a few hours after your order is placed.

If you still don’t see it, contact our support team and we’ll resend it right away.

My tracking link doesn’t work — what should I do?

Tracking updates may not appear right away. During fulfillment (2–5 business days), your order is being prepared and the tracking link may show no movement yet.

👉 Once the carrier has scanned your package, updates will appear.

If your tracking hasn’t changed after 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

We work with trusted carriers, but sometimes delays happen.
